Convert list of list to matrix.

Parameters:

m - list of list of ring elements.

Returns:

a matrix with the elements from m.

random

A random(int k,
         float q)

Random Matrix.

Parameters:

k - size of coefficients.

q - fraction of non zero elements.

Returns:

a random matrix.
