The initiative will discuss, develop, define, collect all
facettes of this challenging problem. It should analyse and develop
test suites but also define standard examples for the various topics
of computer algebra where algorithm and system developer can test
their newly developed and improved methods. Furthermore, all kinds
of test examples should be collected and consolidated.
